Alex Rodriguez Awarded USPATENT.COM Diversity STEM Scholarship

Woodard, Emhardt, Henry, Reeves & Wagner LLP congratulates Alex Rodriguez on receiving the USPATENT.COM STEM Scholarship.

2023 marks the firm’s third year of having interns from Purdue Polytechnic High School and the third year we have presented the USPATENT.COM STEM Scholarship.

Alex is the only student who has been an intern and scholarship winner. During his time at the firm, Alex worked with the attorneys, administration, marketing and staff. He impressed all members of the firm with his work ethic, willingness to assist with any project, curiosity and desire to learn. We are proud of Alex’s accomplishments and know he will do well as he pursues his college education at Marian University and major in biomedical engineering.

Woodard established the USPATENT.COM Diversity Scholarship to relieve financial burdens, help reduce other outside pressures and support the pipeline of diverse science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) talent in Indiana. The scholarship will be awarded annually to a diverse Purdue Polytechnic High School senior who will be majoring in STEM in college.
