Vincent O. Wagner

With over thirty years of experience in intellectual property law, Vince has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, patent interference and trademark oppositions, foreign and domestic patent and trademark prosecution, counseling and opinions, mediations and settlement negotiations, and licensing.

Vince was born in Utica, New York. He received a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in 1973 from the University of Notre Dame with a major in mathematics and a minor in physics. He received a J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1976 from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Vince is a past president of the St. Thomas More Legal Society, of Indianapolis.
