Lisa A. Hiday

Lisa earned her Ph.D. from Purdue University, where she specialized in orbital mechanics, specifically the optimization of transfer trajectories in the elliptic, restricted, three-body problem. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, she taught aircraft and spacecraft design as a visiting assistant professor at Purdue University, School of Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering. Additionally, while at Purdue University, she implemented outreach efforts as a part of NASA’s Indiana Space Grant Consortium. As a law student at Indiana University, Lisa was awarded the Scribe Award for her legal research and writing, and her senior paper on trademarks won the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Robert C. Watson Award. Lisa is a registered patent attorney wherein her practice focuses on patent, trademark, and copyright infringement matters, as well as appellate practice. Lisa has over fifteen years of experience representing clients’ interests in litigation.
