In addition, clients are able to securely access our systems to obtain real-time information regarding the status of their matters. For clients who wish to pursue foreign patent protection, we have the ability through our advanced estimating software to provide quick fee estimates for all countries throughout around the globe.

The Firm also makes full use of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s electronic filing systems and has participated in a number of beta testing programs, including the initial rollout of the USPTO e-filing system, the e-Office Action Pilot Program, and the Continuing Education for Practitioners initiative.
